1) Finding The Right Products
Our products have been categorized in several different ways to make it easier for you to find the right product for your needs.
Shop By Brand — Displays all the products for a particular manufacturer.
Shop By Sport — For each sport listed we have selected products that are beneficial for that sporting activity.
Shop By Goal — Selected products that fulfill specific goals like “Lose Fat” or “Build Muscle”.
Shop By Category — Products are listed by their type and function.
Product Search — Find products by searching for keywords or product name.

Info Box:
Anywhere on the site you see an clicking on it will open up an info box that gives extra detail about that item, this is handy if you want to get extra information about a product without having to navigate backwards and forwards between the product listing and product detail pages.

Listings:
You can view the product listings in 2 ways; a basic listing and a full listing, which includes pictures and short descriptions. In both listings you can see the products customer rating and other useful information like the number of servings and the CPS (Cost Per Serving)

 
 
2) Product Details
On each product page we show as much as we can about that product and also where appropriate there is information about:
Servings — The average servings for that product.
Cost Per Serving — Useful if you want to compare similar products.
Status — You can see clearly if a product is in stock and if it is not we can email you the moment it becomes available.
Promotions, Quantity Discounts and Offers - We guarantee to be cheaper than our competitors and many of our products have additional discounts when you buy more than 1.
Product Options — For all our products that have different options we apply the quantity discount to all the variations you purchase, so for example, if you buy 2 vanilla and 3 chocolate of a product the quantity discount will be calculated on the total of 5.
Options By Popularity — We let you know which options for any product are the most popular with our customers.
Customer Reviews — We encourage our customers to rate and comment on our products.
Associated & Complimentary Products — We list products that work well with each other as well as alternative or similar products that may for example be just as effective but better value.
 
 
3) Adding Products To Your Cart

If a product has options simply select the option and quantity you want and click on the “Add to Cart” button. If you want to add different variations of a product than add each one separately. Remember you will still receive your quantity discount regardless of how many variations you purchase.
 
 
4) The Checkout Process
When you have selected all the products you want and are ready to pay for them, then either click the checkout button (if you are viewing the contents of your cart) or click the checkout link in the “mini cart” in the left hand column of the site.
Step 1 — Account and Billing Information. You can buy from us without opening an account, however if you do open an account then you it will save you time the next time you place an order with us as you wont need to enter all this information again. If Credit/Debit card is your preferred method of payment then you must use the billing address of your Credit/Debit card as it appears on your statement.
Step 2 — Delivery Address and Delivery Method. You can use the billing address you gave in step 1 or if you want to have your goods delivered to a different address i.e. to your work address, then simply enter that address in the delivery address field. If you chose to open an account you can save several addresses that you can select from when you next order.
Step 3 — Payment Details & Vouchers.
Vouchers - If you have a voucher or coupon code that you want to redeem with your order, then enter it at this step. Just enter the code into the box and click the “Redeem” button.
Payment Method — Select how you want to pay:
1) Credit / Debit Card — If you want to pay this way then after Step 4 (confirm order) you will be transferred to our secure payment gateway (Protx) where your Credit/Debit card details will be taken and your order processed.
2) PayPal — As above but after Step 4 you will be transferred to PayPal to authorize the payment.
3) Bank Transfer — After Step 4 we will display instructions as to how to pay via bank transfer, note that goods can’t be shipped until the payment clears with our bank.
4) Cheque — As above but with details on paying by cheque.


Step 4 — Confirm order and proceed to the payment gateway selected in Step 3.
 
 
5) Delivery & Order Status — Once payment is confirmed the goods will be dispatched using the delivery option you chose in Step 2. Other information about deliveries times etc. can be found HERE. You can check the status of your order at anytime by entering your order number in the order status box and following the instructions, you can do this even if you do not have an account.
 
 6) Security & Privacy - You can buy products from this site with the confidence of knowing that we have incorporated a secure server (128 bit SSL) link that will encrypt your order information and protect you against credit card fraud. If you have opted to pay by Credit/Debit card then when you click on the 'Submit Order' button your order will be transferred to our secure server with Protx.  7) JavaScript & Cookies - The shopping facility incorporated in this site utilises both 'Java' and 'Cookies' in its operation. If you are experiencing any problems with items not being added to your shopping basket, check your browser’s settings to ensure that 'Java' is enabled and that it will always accept 'Cookies'.
