pretty good shit!
"used this last week, things i noticed during workout ,were increased pumps ,nothing much else. But i found about 5 hours after taking it all my muscles were really pumped.
took it 2 day on my bicep day, and they were pumped to fuck, rock solid, and looked amazing.
First time ive used a NO product, and im pleased.
although id suggest taking it about an hour before your workout."
