"For the last couple of months my right shoulder has been hampering my bench/shoulder press and has meant that the shoulder has reduced the number of reps and weight that I can use. After 3 days of taking this sup I was able to use more weight and more reps that I have for months. This is one of the few supps that actually works and works quickly. One thing worth noting is that according to USP Labs on the AnabloicMinds forum you only need to take 1 tab twice a day and not 2 as mentioned on the packaging. I've been taking 2 tabs twice a day for a week to front-load and will be taking 1 tab in future."
