| "This is a great product.... I have a weakened knee from skate board injury as a kid... Just started cycle training and got cleats wrong....durrr knee in pain a lot... ligaments out.... Took very high quality liquid glucosomine for 3 months, some relief but not great.... Took a chance with super cissus rx..... it works..... This is what i can say about it .....increased strength, pain relief, and stamina in matter of a week, which included a colonoscopy and 3 day fast rest of it.......Trained thursday night fine... had pain last night took 3 before bed had ice too. Took 1 in morning.... Did morning job on feet for 5 hours.... Went for 40 mile ride accross high peak later in afternoon.... no pain, but increased power, quick recovery, feel great... took one more tab before tea... very mild ache now, but click in knee has also gone... Get some if you are in pain... me thinks it works.... great if it helps build muscle too... i think it is as quads feel much stronger... this is in one week!!!" | |

I have suffered for over a year with tennis elbow, it affected my bench work, limited my arm work and hindered shoulder workouts. | "For the last couple of months my right shoulder has been hampering my bench/shoulder press and has meant that the shoulder has reduced the number of reps and weight that I can use. After 3 days of taking this sup I was able to use more weight and more reps that I have for months. This is one of the few supps that actually works and works quickly. One thing worth noting is that according to USP Labs on the AnabloicMinds forum you only need to take 1 tab twice a day and not 2 as mentioned on the packaging.
