Syntha 6 - Great stuff!
"I've been using this for a long time now and whilst it's not the cheapest, it's well balanced and is great post workout. At the moment I'm just use one scoop with water and getting most of my nutritional requirements from whole food as you should. But even with only one scoop in about 700 ml of water, it still tastes great. It also mixes well. Because it is so well balanced, a couple of scoops in skimmed milk or water makes a nice meal replacement if you've not got time to prepare anything or you're needing nutrition on the move.

Just a quick word about CUKS. This has been my first time using them after I did the usual searches on the internet for the cheapest price for this stuff and with the offer, they were the best. The delivery was free and quick so I can recommend them also."

"i aint touched protein powders for 4 years cos each scoop i took i had to give it up cos i couldnt knock it back.

a friend of mine pursuaded me to try the syntha 6 in chocolate to try as a 'new start' since i could only tolerate strawberry or vanilla.

I havent looked back since. 1 scoop is great, 2 scoops is fantastic. If you got a fussy pallet then just stick to this. No lumps or bumps, mixes in 5 seconds and the taste is awesome.

You wont regret buying this. Get it and gain!"

"Syntha-6 is one of the nicest tasting supplements I have had yet, one warning though I have used a third of the container within a short amount of time (I tell myself it's because of the large scoop, but really its the taste!).

It's perfect for before bed or to replace a meal if your on-the-go and don't have much time. Mixes perfectly, hardly requires much shaking at all.

Definitely recommend this shake, and for such a cheap price for a 1.3kg Tub & from a well respected company, you can't go wrong! (Incase any of you wish to know, I bought Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour, and will be purchasing it again when this tub runs out!)"

"simply the best tasting protein available. Mines choc/mint. Stays thin, no thickeners added. mixes with a fork. Drink it like nesquick with no major gas on stomach problems... and im lactose intolerant to a degree. Expensive? yes... compared to others but im anti maximuscle and its cheaper than there 'promax' with the special offer at the mo. I usually just take 45g at night and possibly a serving in the am so it lasts ok. I didnt need 400g protein/day to get up to 275!:-). its a supplement not the basis of your diet. Eat real food and use this as a top up or if you miss a meal."

Amazing taste
"This stuff tastes SERIOUSLY good. Nothing else I've had even compares.

It is fairly expensive but this isn't just a protein supplement - it's a full meal replacement powder with fats and carbs as well as protein. Each scoop is larger than a "normal" scoop and it has 200kcal per scoop.

The best solution is to use this after a workout and before bed or when you know you can't eat for a few hours. Then just use plain, cheap, whey for the rest of the time. That way you make the Syntha-6 last longer and still get the benefits of a slower digesting protein."

Tastes Unreal - Too Expensive
"I bought some No-Xplode and got some free Syntha with it...it tastes unreal..I could drink it for fun..however it's blummin expensive for how much protein you get. 1 serving gives about 25g with milk, you only get 30 servings per £25 tub..so it'll last you about three days if you want to pack in any serious amount of protein..it's a shame because it tastes like heaven...maybe i'll win the lotto and buy some!"

"This stuff tastes amazing and is undoubtedly one of the best proteins out there. I got some free samples of the stuff and was really impressed but the price is WAY too high for me. With the amount of protein I drink it is far too expensive so I am afraid they won't get my custom until I get rich or they get cheaper!"
