"Chocolate.....freaking awesome...using milk or water! shake it well (real well!) and it'll taste ace with no bits, provides u with everything u need and more protein, calorie and vitamin wise for post workout (wen i use it), at the time ur body needs it.

i take it 30 mins before bed also, seen some good gains so far and my metabolism is freakishly insane so i need this kinda stuff, i use this wen i'm on creatine and wen i cycle off for 2 weeks i stop using this (and lose a lil o body fat)

if u've never tried it, order one..NOW! u'll love it, u don't need to take it 3 times a day, once is enough or twice probably best, with a gd diet obviously....more calories = better conditions for muscle development i.e. Bulking phase...BUY NOW!"

Worked a little for me
"Ok I'm 26 and have a very high metabolism, I eat alot but find putting on weight very hard. I took between half and 2/3rds of a serving of this twice a day and managed to go from 14st 12 to 15st 2lb in about a week, which I consider excellent as I'd never been above 15st before.

I had strawberry and the taste was pretty nasty, so just neck it. half a serving comes out at around 500ml of liquid total so its heavy going and will fill you up, I had one as my breakfast.

I defy anyone to drink 2 full servings a day and not put on weight, drinking it would be the main issue, as its very filling.

I'm now going to try the Vanilla one and see how I go, maybe try and up the amount I take slightly. Overall seems a good product and excellent value. Supported with a good diet this should produce good results."

Great but....
"After using this product I put on 10lb. Yes 10lb! I am a hard gainer and was looking for those extra calories that I couldn't get from normal food intake. There are a lot of carbohydrates in these servings and if you have two servings a day you'll get 400g+. The problem is, carbs turn to fat if they are not used you'll gain in the wrong way, so you got to be carefull. I found that using this product my body fat increased quite a bit. It does tase great though so easy to down. At the end of the day you have to look at your whole diet and try and get those nutrients from solid food as you can't rely on this stuff for the rest of your life. But for a weight gainer I give it 4/5 as it does what is says."

"I'm on my second week, and I've added serious mass! I have never been able to get passed having a wider chest measurement than my waist, I have now, and my waist has actually gone down!
I urge anyone to combine much lower amounts than suggested (I mix 1-2 scoops per day and keep in a bottle which I consume throughout the day) with low volume, high weight workouts. Since I reduced my Gym visits to twice per week, the results are now coming and I will no doubt continue with this product. It's also cheap if you work out the price per gram of protein. I recon it will last a 3rd week.
Oh yes, it's also very nice mixed with milk."

"If you want quality gains in a short space of time, this product will blown all other protein products out of this planet. This stuff is better than whey. I know people go on about whey protien. But I have have tried many different brands of whey and also striaght up protein products. ON has it all. It not only gives you SIZE, but you also strength and just to top it all of, you actually stronger mentally. It is cheaper than all the other brands of protien on the market.
