"Wasnt sure what to expect, but i would highly recommend these to anyone on a diet who wants a 'treat' as such. They taste great (chocolate and vanilla - although i slightly prefer vanilla) and are packed with protein. They are about £1.50 each but are well worth it. Thats cheaper than protein bars and they have the same amount of protein but taste 1000 times better!"
