Does exactly what it says on the Tub.
"I've recently purchased this product and so far it's done exactly what it says on the tub.

Took some last thing before bed after a workout day and wasnt hungry at all the next morning. Usually (with either regular Elite whey protein or even Syntha-6) i'd wake up starving.

It takes a little time to get used to. Its extremely 'dusty'. I've used both Dymatize Elite Whey and their Mega Gainer, both are far more like a heavy powder. This is a very lightweight dust, as soon as you open it, it gets everywhere.

Finally, the taste. The Fudge Brownie flavour at least tastes very 'oaty'. Its like drinking cold porridge (not in texture, just flavour). At first I didnt like it, but I think this was due to my expectations being off. Now i quite enjoy it and have tried mixing with both Milk and Water, it mixes and tastes great with both."
